2. What data we process and why
- Contact form and email: your name, your email address and the message you write, to reply and, if you ask for it, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request and pre-contractual steps (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Web analytics, only if you accept it in the cookie banner: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, to learn which content is useful. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings".
- Technical connection data (IP address, browser) needed to serve and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Who receives the data
- Hetzner Online GmbH (European Union): hosting of the site.
- Formspark (submit-form.com): form service that receives the name, email and message of the contact form to deliver them to us.
- Framer B.V. (Netherlands): the site was built with Framer; when its resources and its events script load it receives technical visit data (IP address, page, browser).
- Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, only if you accept it; and Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are downloaded.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
4. International transfers
Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, or under the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention
Contact messages, for the time needed to handle your request and, if we end up working together, as long as the contract and the legal periods require. Analytics data, according to the retention settings of the Google Analytics property.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@codelabs.studio. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es.
